I feel I should mention that a quick review of an Astartes light carry capacity will reveal that almost everyone would be able to carry there few clips of ammunition with ease. The magnetic hanger system on Astartes armor let's you transport any amount under your heavy carry capcity up to what the GM feels is reasonable. I doubt (but I could be mistaken) that he will be against someone carrying basic gear plus a box or two of ammunition. You're super human after all.
