Tuesday and Wednesday I could probably be around ~8:30 Eastern without too much hassle (Pistol, that'd be 7:30 Central), so at that note, I'd be good to go.

Hey all, kind've hoping I could squeeze in here. Been a fan of all the Stargate shows (except Universe, though I've seen the episodes). I'll have to find a way to get my hands on the books, but I don't think that'd be a problem, and I'd probably want to play a Scientist if it fits/no-one else has their sights set on it.

On that note, I'm free most of the time aside from Sun/Mon/Wed Evening EST.

ok felix what time dose your other game end? we are looking at a 8 to 12 game possibly in the evenings on tuesday.

avatar have you decided on the character gen method? and do you have a couple missions in the works?

also can someone help me get the whole online gameing thing down like what all i need and how i get into the game and all that..

and it looks like we may have a nicely rounded group of characters. a undecided, a vehicular specialist, a scientist, and a scout. and a couple others that havent thrown there ideas ikn the hat.. well hope we can have a charicter gen and maybe a lerning day this comeing tuesday. we shall see..

I haven't had the opportunity to review the books yet, but I'm thinking some kind of soldier/combat medic type. Also, Tuesdays will work for me, but not until the 24th. I'm on the west coast, so that time is 5pm here, and I have an astronomy class at that time. Almost done though.

Ok pistol, have you downloaded OpenRPG or one of its variant clients yet? Once you've installed that, we can go over a few basic things about it.

So Tuesdays 7:30 PM Central and just to make it easier on everyone, we'll go with a 32 point buy system. This way everyone can make their characters without having to track me down for rolls. ok I just downloaded open rpg.. how dlo we do charicter sheets? is there an electronic one or do we go off paper ones? im still a tad foggy on that. that time works for me hopefully we can get things working smoothly sooner rather then later.

Mythweavers has a Stargate SG1 sheet available. Looks to hit all the high points, and will give the GM easy access to current info, as well as provide easy updates as they are needed.

Ok, well Mythweavers looks like it will have most of what I might need for the DM side of things. If we all make accounts on that, we can use the interactive character sheet on there and post it up for us all to see and we can use the boards on there for the small things that might slow us down like gear.

Also, on this coming Tuesday at 7:30-8:00 PM Central, I'll be sitting at my computer on the Blackstar Games Server. I'll make a room called Stargate SG-23 for questions and the like. I'll be on there until about 11:30 Central or so.
