The Bajoran people are at a crossroad. Their enemies have been defeated. Yet the marks of the Occupation are still vivid both in the minds of the bajorans and as scars upon the land.
As part of their rebuilding process they have built a shipyard on their moon Derna.

Starfleet has had no involvement until recently. Falling behind schedule the Bajoran government has asked for assistance.
