GenCon 2012 is less than 3 months away. I didn't run any events last year and I missed doing it. This year I'm back at it and I'm trying something a little different. I'm running 4 Darwin's World events. Three of the four are the same scenarios but each time I'm going to use a different system.

RPG1233422 Revenge of the Terminals (d20 Modern) Thursday 1:00 PM (4 hrs)
RPG1233423 Revenge of the Terminals (Pathfinder) Friday 1:00 PM (4 hrs)
RPG1233421 Revenge of the Terminals (Savage Worlds) Saturday 10:00 AM (4 hrs)
RPG1233425 Vespuloids (d20 Modern) Saturday 2:00 PM (4 hrs)

You need to sign in order to view the events. See ya at gencon!

If this is the wrong spot to ask, I'm sorry. There isn't a CONTACT US section. Do you deal direct with retailers to sell your print product. Alliance no longer carries your stuff and I sell it well. Please contact me. Barry. oss1ncrp@northcoast.com

Wait you are running DW using Pathfinder?! DUDE! Does this mean you have a Pathfinder conversion in the works?

Not officially. I'm just playing around with pathfinder and dw for gencon, but I'll put my conversions online after gencon. It could grow into something more I suppose.

Chris, I am new to the awesomeness that is Darwin's World and love what I've read so far. As a huge fan and supporter of Pathfinder, any conversions or "ports" to Pathfinder rules would be a godsend. I do hope to see that in the future. Something else that I would love to see would be support of Darwin's World data files (stat blocks, feats, items, abilities) in Lone Wolf Development's "Hero Lab". Will you guys have a booth in the Exhibitor's Hall at Gen Con Indy?

I won't have a booth for at gencon. I'm just running events.

I don't know much about Hero Lab, but I've permission to similar projects before.

Chris, thanks for the response, I really appreciate it! I look forward to your online conversions for the Pathfinder rule set. Is there any way we could meet up during GenCon, between your events, so I can ask some questions about Darwin's World?

Perhaps. I get pretty busy at the con so hard to say. Sadly, it only looks like 1 per has signed up for the pathfinder game.

I wouldn't stress the 1 person at the Gen Con event - the posters at Paizo (Pathfinder) are fiending for a well written PA game that uses the base Pathfinder rules - none exist. As much as I dislike 3.5 gaming in general I don't think you could miss on this one.

My suggestion would be to get a conversion going and start posting over at the Paizo forums to drum up interest in an offical capacity. I think DW being tied to the 3.5/modern ruleset is hurting an otherwise brillant game.
